Hi! I am Sara, the maker behind Beloved Clay. I am a wife and mom to the sweetest boy. Born and raised in New Jersey which means I have no idea how to pump my own gas. Not mad about that one bit. I am an Enneagram 6, basically I am super loyal and am constantly playing worst case scenarios in my head.  

I worked in Corporate for about 12 years doing something I didn't enjoy but loved the people I worked for and with. I always knew I wanted to do something creative and for myself. In 2019 I became pregnant with our first baby and suddenly my perspective about my career changed and being home with my son was top on my list, so I became a stay at home mom. Best decision ever and the job I have loved the most. 

When I was a little girl arts and crafts was always a big thing in our house. My mom, an artist herself, always encouraged our creativity. I was introduced to Polymer Clay at a young age and made figurines at the age of 7 that I can't understand today how I was capable of doing. 

In March 2020 I was eager to be more creative with whatever time I had to myself. I found a small shop selling Polymer Clay earrings and purchased them. When they arrived I was curious to see if I could make my own, so I did. 

I created for myself, gifted them to friends and family and occasionally would show them on my Instagram stories. People loved them and started wanting to purchase them. That's when Beloved Clay was born.

My goal with Beloved Clay is to not just make beautiful jewelry but also encouraged women and remind them how loved they are. My hope is that every time a woman wears our earrings she is reminded of this truth - she is loved unconditionally and is worth of every ounce of it.
